Might I point out the irony in one item in the quote:

"--and said that where the law is ambiguous, the FCC should enjoy substantial leeway."

The fact is, the federal government has ALWAYS worked this way. How else could federal powwer have been expanded so greatly, far beyond what the Framers intended, without taking advantage of ambiguous language in the Constitution? Heck, the federal government has even flat-out ignored those restrictions in the Constitution that it doesn't like, at the expense of State sovereignty.

There's a reason why this country is called the United States of America, not the Republic of America. People seem to forget that.
