You know, I have been a big supporter of some sort of regulation regarding them being able to listen in on certain things but this seems to be getting out of hand. The FCC or anyone should not enjoy substantial leeway. That's just BS. If they need to keep track of someone they need to get a warrant or a subpoena or something to that effect. End of story. Not be given 'substantial' leeway. They do not want to know what I think that they can do with their 'substantial' leeway.
