Wow... what a dumb ass.
Ok... he signed a contract saying he's going to live a private life as a moral beacon, then says free speech trumps it?

I'm not a lawyer, but that sounds iffy at best.

Even if that term of his contract wasn't enforcable, he clearly crossed a line when he used police cars, etc in his pornographic videos.
