Apples and Oranges

This is just the Telcos and Cable companies trying to control access to the Internet even more than they do. There is a lot of money at stake here, and if they can't win one way, they will try another. This proposal is silly and a waste of time. More tax payers dollars wasted by greedy, power hungry big business and the spineless politicians who ride in their back pockets.
