What is this article about ....

From my point of view, net neutrality is not about the CONTENT, as is now the case people will publish practically anything, useful or not. The argument on net neutrality is ACCESS to this information, useful or not as the case may be. I am wondering how the content got into the argument. This to me sounds very much like the argument of someone who does not understand the issue .... or is trying to bring in a side issue :-"
