public interest
I'll repeat what has been said a million times by non-fre-marketers: the public interest will only be served by an incredible twist of fate by the so-called "free" market, which actually constrains the freedoms of the vast majority of the citizenry.
The market doesn't have the slightest concern about any citizens that are not corporate in nature when making decisions about how to increase profit.
Our new ability to access and disseminate information outside of the commercial communication web is an affront to their long-held comfort zone.
Don't let them dam the stream.
Tell everybody what they're up to and let's all get down to doing something about them shutting us up.
I love this new vocality. This is McCluhan's wet-dream -- a new mode of media connectivity. Let's not let them darg us back into the past.

P.S. I may be a partner of chance, accepting that what happens is what is, but that doesn't mean that I don't have ideas about what will happen next. We are agents of chance. Let's take action.
Chance will sort it all out.
