What kind of math are they using??
At MOST $1.86 by 2012 based on $6 today at a 7% annual hike?????

last I checked:

((((((6*1.07)*1.07)*1.07)*1.07)*1.07)*1.07)=$9

That is $3 by 2012. A 50% hike in 6 six years, NOT $1.86. What kind of math are they using?

No wonder they can't balance a national budget.
