Stupid is as stupid does
Ok, the MPAA wants to sue this company for fascilitating thievery. This company is suing the MPAA for hiring someone to steal trade secrets from them. Isn't the MPAA then guilty of fascilitating thievery themselves then?

The things that I find funny is that a lot of the MPAA lawsuit(s) against these companies are being centered around the fact that they state that these companies are doing nothing about these 'thefts' or preventing them. No one know sthis for sure. (Ok so maybe I don't know this for sure) And they are stating that maybe they aren't allowing them to download these things but that they are pointing the culprits of the downloading in the right direction. Couldn't the same be said for Google, Yahoo, and other search engines? Don't they point people in a certain direction when they enter in what they are looking for? That doesn't mean that they are making them do it right? But they pointed them in the right direction. Good grief it doens't seem like you can make anyone happy here.

But if the MPAA did indeed hire someone to steal information for them then they need to be nailed to the wall and fined heavily. When you accuse someone of stealing from you or fascilitating that thievery you don't go hire someone to steal information from the other side.
