- Net Neutrality would not allow them.
- Maybe the new bill going thru will address this. Actually I hope the new bill will address a lot of issues. But there is nothing wrong with paying more to get more. All you have to say in the bill is competing services must have the same access to packet priority as the provider services. Now you can manage your network. Original bill didn't do this. This whole thing is basically over HD Video.
