I once tried p2p to see what it was about in 2001 before the lawsuits were here. I received over 6 gigs of crap, mostly very low quality 64bit music. I also received an email from my service provider saying I could upgrade to RR business class. I got the message. I was a bandwidth hog that day. They couldn't charge me because there was no limit stated.
So what they will do with others is offer something like super broadband for those that need it and charge accordingly. Nothing wrong with that. They will also offer a cheaper version than mine and it will be slower. HD video will be blocked at the slower speeds so we can have a smoother network. And their is 911 that must have to get thru on VOIP. Cars have to move over when an ambulance comes thru. Cars have to obey the rules and traffic rules are QoS of the roads.
