You wear out the equipment, you pay for it.
No you are hogging the web for the same money. That is hardly fair. You sound like a 18 wheeler complaining they would have to pay more because their vehicle does more damage. Well that is a big DUH!

Yep if you pay more you should get uninterrupted service. Money has always been an advantage. If you want something guaranteed, you have to pay for it. Same with FedEx overnight. Democracy has nothing to do with it. That is done in voting booths.

That is correct. And when the trains do not run on time, the system breaks down. Welcome to business 101.

I don't want to pay for a network that is under utilized so that bandwidth hogs such as yourself do not pay for their fair share.

That is true. With NN the company will not even be allowed to guarantee 911 services which they prioritize now. They also have tiered services, although not enough of them. NN eliminates all network management. Even malware is allowed thru since the bill is not specific enough to address it.

Network overload at the regions is calling for it. Why scrap billions of dollars worth of equipment when you can optimize it.

Of course you like the all you can eat internet. The ISPs don't though. And this tiered services will charge you the fair price for unlimited services. They are saving the internet.

Isn't load balancing a b*tch? Especially when you have to pay for your load. It is a beautiful thing.
