That is like No-Fault insurance
Naw, NN is just an unmanaged network.

Naw, there will be network congestion. That is fighting, not sharing.

And those that go over 4 gigs a month tie up the network. You pay for it, but so does everyone else with lousy service.

No it doesn't. NN states no favoritism. Broad wording in the law. No specifics.

The main pipeline has no conjestion problems. That is not where they will QoS it. But they might in the future when it gets saturated. The individual branches is where it will be managed. That is where the conjestion is.

Money has always been a barrier. So we should have non-optimized network so your financial disaster area of a company can have a shot. Sounds like affirmative action for companies.

Not really. Your idea to keep it simple screws the network lightweights. I would like to see a broad range of pay gradients taylored to people's needs.

$9.99 for dialup
$17.99 for DSL lite
$44.99 for RR
$49.99 for DSL
$80.00 for RR Business class

Prices are spaced out too far in our area. Only 1 speed for NN. It would probably go up for residents and down for businesses. The little guy is screwed again.

Of course it is fair for you that downloads buckets of songs that I help subsidize. I don't think it is fair by a longshot. I think you should pay for it. Either that, or it is time for a Megabyte meter. The reason the net is cheap for you guys is because most folks don't use a lot of bandwidth subsidizing it.

Our options now are too slow or too expensive. There has to be in between. It is the all you can eat model at its finest.

Appropriate handle you got.
