Yes I do. It guarantees a fat pipeline for all.

People seem to mean different things by "net neutrality".

To me, it means the main pipeline is shared by all, like we have now.

It means that people who go over their monthly data limit (e.g. 4 Gigabytes) have to pay extra, like we have now.

It means that those who want a fatter pipe to the main pipeline can pay for it, like we have now.

If the telcos charge more for a high-speed main pipeline (repeat:MAIN PIPELINE, not individual client branch to the main pipeline), those without the big revenue stream can't compete. They would be marginalized over time, similar to Microsoft's competitors.

Your idea of restricting the type of service on each pipeline, while it adresses the issue of fairness, does kind of complicate things needlessly.

The system is fair now. Let's keep it.
