For once, Microsoft is right!
No wonder Linux Geek is confused! I too am in a state of shock!

Under net neutrality, Microsoft (or big media company) can STILL be charged for their MegaGobs of data transferred! Or for their big fat pipes to the main internet pipeline!

All net neutrality should mandate is that the main internet pipeline is just as big and fat for everyone, the same speed for everyone, even if you only need a little skinny pipe to that main pipeline, because of your low total data transfer.

That is the way it is now. You get billed if you go over your gigabyte maximum limit for the month.
But your internet traffic is no more congested than the RIAA executives.

That is fair.

That is the way it should stay.
