- It's the patents, not the courts!

The courts should uphold the rights of honest inventors to the full! My problems is the farcical awarding of patents to non-inventions.
The Patent Office needs to fix its methods of awarding patents. Currently they award immediately, and then let the issues be decided in the courts.
