Well, Google would have an easier time than Netscape.
They don't have to prove that MS has a monopoly and abused it. Google can use everything in the judgement against Microsoft as FACTS. Microsoft could have apealed that the the supreme court and chose not to.

But, if Google were to do anything, it is probably useless to go to the justice department and expect them to do anything. They should just go directly after Microsoft and file a law suit and try to get an injunction. Letting the Justice department spend years half heartedly screwing around would not do Google any good.
