Wasted

Acually, the money is being wasted, because it's our tax dollars being blown away while they try to push this bill through, and it will be more tax dollars wasted if the law is passed and challenged in court, which it will be challenged. If people would be parents and pay attention to their kids and what they are doing, there would be far less problems. Why should the govenment have to pass laws because people don't want to be good dilligent parents involved in their child's upbringing? If that's the case, the parents should cough up their own money and send the kids off to an "education camp" when they turn five, never to return until they are good little zombies at 18.
