It will not happen.
So you are asking MS to distribute the competition's product. MS will never accomadate the competition any more than another company. MS should be just ordered to provide a customizable install like they did in the nineties. They put everything in because the software houses want it that way because the library is guaranteed to be in there.

So don't write programs for MS. You don't see Apple complaining about MS's monopoly. There needs to be a closed source Nix for 86 that generates revenue to support itself. Think of it as OSX for 86. Software houses will not port to your OS unless it has a financial stable track record and your customers are willing to pay for software. You guys are not fighting just MS, you are fighting the entire ecosystem which is MS, OEMs, hardware companies, software houses, and over 90% of the population.
