We are talking search here, the bundling of IE is ancient history.
And, IE is NOT the only place that MS will bundle their search engine, this is going to be embedded deep in lots of different places. It will happen slowley, and get harder to change.

Microsoft HATES competing on the merits.

They will boldly break the law and pay billions in fines and lawsuits if necessary, but they will NOT lose.
