- You see IE is part of Windows middleware and it doesn't prevent me from using Mozilla Seamonkey. Next thing you will be saying how MS embedded "127.0.0.1 google.com" into the NT kernel. People don't use products that aren't advertised. A one shot deal in the NY Times isn't enough. Most Windows users do not know alternatives exist. Google isn't going away anytime soon. They are a household word where as OSS software isn't.
