RE: The wrong way to spread broadband
Ultimately, I feel, it is the content providers which
(probably) cause the /grid-lock/ -- as per usual. But the
content providers which really do it, or are it's cause, ARE
big corporations and dot-comers. It is their income from
our use of their (provided) video and music down/up-
loading facilities. They are making millions which should
go -- more and more -- towards up-keeping the infrastructure.

Sure, like everything, it does all come down to the
individuals wallet, but that is, actually, those corporation's
profits. Funding any future problems with the Internet is
caused by their application/products, and that is were any
funding should come from.

Net neutrality will be OK, as long as any corporate influence is expensive -- yes, our money BUT their profits!

We should be taxing undo down/up-loads to web-sites,
NOT individuals directly.
