Bandwidth hogger bad when they expect others to pay for it...
Citizens need to get off their lazy asses and start boycotting companies that piss them off. You don't like company A, you go to company B.

And since the customer does pay for it in the end, Net Neutrality will drive the cost up so bandwidth hoggers do not have to pay for their fair share.

It is baloney, so that I have to subsidize your bandwidth hogging activities. If this Net Neutrality did pass, we would see lower caps on bandwidth and higher monthly costs. First thing I would do is port block your p2p butt. Over 50% of bandwidth is due to this activity, mostly illegal.

It sounds like you are a socialist welfare case that wants the gov't to do it for you. Washington D.C. got this one right. Everyone must pay their own way.
