Apple has not been determined to be a monopoly, nor near
monopoly and clearly in online music it isn't. In addition even if
Apple has been found to be a monopoly it hasn't been found to
have abused it as MS was found to have done.

It continues to amaze me how little the the MS fanboys (and
girls) know about antitrust laws.
