- that because it doesn't cost them as much in packaging or producing and they are charging 13+ dollars for a cd that it is ok for people to steal it? WRONG. As far as ripping anything from a public library there are already laws in place for that. They might be able to charge a fairer price if people stopped trying to get something for nothing.
