That's where you're wrong

A study by the CRIAA (the Canadian version of the RIAA) actually proved that the people who download the most music are the people who buy the most music. On the other hand the people who downloaded the least music also bought the least music.Hence, when you download people for using P2P you're suing your biggest fans. Dumb idea. Besides, the RIAA does not represent the views of the musicians, it represents the view of the greedy multi-million dollar companies that want more. That's why many artists, including: Barenaked Ladies, Avril Lavigne, Sarah
McLachlan, Chantal Kreviazuk, Sum 41, Stars, Raine Maida (Our Lady Peace), Dave
Bidini (Rheostatics), Billy Talent, John K. Samson (Weakerthans), Broken Social Scene,
Sloan, Andrew Cash and Bob Wiseman (Co-founder Blue Rodeo), have created the CMCC which opposes suing P2P users and opposes DRM. Surprised??? I'm not.
