No clue on how the internet works
Any warnings would be useless anyways. A simple link in an search engine could send you right past the opening page and all its government warnings directly to pictures and movies. The only way you'd get the warning is if you typed in the URL yourself. That's not the problem. It's the accidentally clicking a link that is and this solves nothing.
