Perhaps you're right, but my point was the hypocrisy in lauding Burst in its attempts to protect its IP then, but criticizing it for attempting to protect its IP now. Burst has switch from the good guy to the bad guy, all the while performing the same actions. Is IP no longer protectable? Or should it only be protectable from Microsoft?
