No, no it does not at all. That's like saying someone accused of a crime who hires a lawyer must be guilty. Same thing goes for MS settling with Burst. Legal costs and resources for something like this can be enormous and Apple may have talked and MS may have settled simply to avoid being dragged down into it all. I'm not saying that Apple's right or Burst is wrong or anything similar. I'm simply saying that Apple talking to Burst doesn't indicate anything regarding the validity of Burst's claim.
