Gee, there's a surprise
Of course, neither the Dems nor the GOP seem to give jack squat about efficient spending. The difference is that the Dems want to raise our taxes to pay for it, and the GOP wants to cut our taxes to pay for it.

Anymore, the government is in the business of maing itself increasingly necessary, by spending our money on worthless drek and not on the stuff it's Constitutionally required to (i.e. defense, etc.). I just wish more people in this nation were interested in holding the government accountable for what and how it spends our money.
