Buy a Poster Space Opposite Geico HQ
Google guys should buy a poster space opposite Geico's headquarters, put up an electronic sign and sell Adwords space on it to other car insurers.

"Buy ad-space opposite Geico's Headquarters".

Whats the difference between that and buying an advert on the keyword 'Geico'. Or are we not allowed to say 'Geico' now?

"Eric Goldman, assistant professor of law at Marquette University Law School, said the decision also conflicts directly with a March 20 ruling that a similar case should proceed to trial."

Doubtful because of this:
"According to the suit, MLS used "Edina Realty" in search terms purchased on Google and Yahoo, IN THE TEXT of the MLS ads that appeared on the two search sites, AND IN HIDDEN LINKS AND TEXT on the MLS Web site."

(My emphasis).
