Gmail from Best to Worst in 10 Days
Gmail was the best Email service for me until I discovered there is no such thing called Tech Support.

I had changed my password 10 days back. since then it would not accept my old password nor my new one. Being an old time gmail account holder, my secondary email address is no longer valid nor do i remember the answer to my secret question.

Now Google requires the user to wait 5 days to even look at the security question and if the answer is not known there ends the support. All you get is automated messages. Supposedly on replying back to these automated messages someone from google would contact to help resolve the issue.

I have submitted on an average 3 help requests a day and replied back dutifully to the automated messages. But so far no reply from Google. I am concerned about the privacy of my information and the mounting loss in my personal life...but am unable to do anything about it.
