No problems here, though I'm across the pond.
And yes, it IS free, and it IS a beta... that should pretty much cover all complaints. For a beta, its pretty flawless. Doesn't matter how long its BEEN a beta, because in representing it as a beta at all they are essentially saying "unfinished test-version: use at your own risk."
