too many if's and maybey's in the whole story to denounce anyone.
Sonds like a sour grapes press release by the other side. Oh but were they going to make money by "selling" the information that "maybe" going public ?
If so then tough luck.

Too many big companies have made money out of patents for this type of information (see bayer and such like)

And if such public information helps competitors produce cheaper more effective potions and lotions then sign me up !
