I agree...
If you run an ad-supported ISP, does this mean you'll be blocked by such a patent from expanding to a wireless network?
If I previously used Netzero, and connected over a wireless connection, does this mean it's prior art?
If a coffeshop has a free wireless connection with a quick splash page ad for the movie theater down the street to help them offset the costs, do they fall under this patent?
Just wondering.
