Protecting Children is the PARENT'S responsibility!!!

Having been a child myself... NEW FLASH... if they are determined, a kid is going to find porn on their own regardless of what "society" or their parents want. So, if protecting the child is such a big governmental priority, why not make laws penalizing the PARENT for not protecting their kids from porn? The way I see it, kids wouldn't even be searching for porn if parents monitored their use of the internet. The Internet was originally created as a way to FREELY share information without RESTRICTIONS. It is totally IRRESPONSIBLE for parents to NOT monitor what their kids do online.

I am sick and tired of children being used as a cover-up tactic for a fanatical religious agenda. Playing with people's rights is a dangerous thing in this day and age of terrorism.
