You know, that's one of the best ideas I've heard.
"We should reward those who use a '.xxx' domain, rather than fine them for not using one."

Of course, that assumes that the .xxx domain is the real goal. Maybe, however, the real idea is for these senators and congressmen to look like big, tough in charge people so nobody will question what's really going wrong with the country.
