Only in America (land of the Puritan)
It is ironic that Americans are so hung up on someone seeing pictures of a nude body, yet it is ok to see sadistic behavior (as shown in many movies in the last year, including [url=http://www.apple.com/trailers/lions_gate/hostel/]Hostel[/url]). Sort of a twisted sense of values.

Now for an ironic detail that the Puritanical Yanks are choosing to ignore. Content that they are objecting to can be found under the following domains:

.nl (Naderlands)
.cz (Ceska Republica)
.pl (Poland)
...

Most of these countries outside of the US borders are not as fearful of some child seeing skin or anatomy (though some do have age limits for cinimatic and violent contents).
