We charge larger trucks that take a larger toll on the infrastructure (road) more then the averagfe car.

We charge larger ships and larger planes more in docking fees then their smaller counterparts as they take a larger toll on the infrastructure.

Many communities will not allow a large company to build plants in their area unless those companies agree to upgrade the locai infrastructure (roads and utilities)

Why not charge Internet companies that take a larger toll on the infrastructure more money to cover the cost of upgrades they are forcing, as they take a lrger toll on the infrastructure.

why should you, the consumer who does not use these bandwith hogging programs, have to pay for the problem caused by Google and other companies that want to deliver bandwith hossing apps...
