I love the Cisco quote: "imposing specific network neutrality rules now to address hypothetical problems would only compound the problem." Ya think?
Congress imposing regulations on an industry that has thrived without them...all to solve a problem that doesn't yet exist. It's a head-scratcher, IMHO.
