Congressional Wisdom?
I've been commenting on Net Neutrality for some time now and the fundamental tenet of my position is that Congress should not interfere with the internet. Regulation of any sort would stifle innovation and growth by adding burdensome and usually confusing layers and restrictions. The best policy is a hands free one.
