The only way anything comes out of congress ?neutral? is if NOBODY has any financial interest in the subject. Otherwise ??

Congress will write the bill in the words of whichever faction has the deepest pockets.

The auction is still running. Congress is the ?original? semi?private? ebay-like auction.

I wonder if the new Federal Id Cards will be ?chipped? to show who?s pocket each congressman resides in?
