definition of a problem
I don't know what qualifies as a problem in your neck of the woods but regardless of what computer I was on (whether it be home or company), the idea of having any data transferred to Google from files that I consider private (anything on my hard drive) is unappealing to me personally.

There are plenty of articles that focus on Microsoft technologies. This one does not but based on some of the comments you'd never know unless you read the article.
