Why hog high speed 'net access? Everyone should have it. We're not charged for access to the fast lane on our Nation's highways. What's next, "patrols" looking for 'Net speeders?

I'd hate the 'Net to have "toll booths". We PAY for access already, so this seems like a greedy ploy.

Yes, highways have toll booths but they're for normal access, repair, ETC. not for access to fast lanes.
