The bill is irrelevant and the telcos are right
I don't mind paying for my bandwidth. As far as I know only the people with the socialist wellfare mentality have a problem paying for services rendered. I don't want to pass the buck to the sites I visit. How many great sites would never make it because they were held back by an ISP demanding payola to let them on their networks? I know thats not the current intentions of any company, but how long do you think it will be before they REALLY put some limits on what moves over their lines?
