Welcome to business. I paid extra for broadband. I expect to get what I paid for.

And if Yahoo fails to pay their bills, I - the customer - who is paying my bills - get the short end of the stick.

I think it's obvious that this is very anti-customer, as the customer loses control. This is, IMHO, unacceptable.

Negative. The best strategy is to vote with your wallet. Your underappreciation of the power of the customer is misplaced.
