How dare they!
How dare they conceive of a system whereby users pay extra for enhanced service. I mean, come on, can you imagine having the nerve to setup, for example, a highway where one would PAY for the privilege of driving on it, simply because it is faster and more convenient? Where do these telco guys get off? Sheesh, the government is absolutely right.

I mean, the next thing you'll be telling me is that these telco b@st@rds are going to set up tiered Internet access for the home and business customer, asking them to pay more for higher upload/download speeds.
