Congress raises broadcast flag for audio

The U.S. needs more laws ?: lawmakers pass laws about 365 days a year. can anyone without some agenda, come up up with a new law that would benefit its citizens ? NO. NO. NO.
the trouble is, 99% of the U.S. people are ignorant of what laws are being passed, let alone their contents. that is why congress can act with impunity, does not expect any recourse, to passing laws that continue to limit constitutional gauranteed freedoms. forget term limits, we need to limit the time laws can be passed to 1 day a year, with debate allowed, and that 24 hrs period cannot be extended, ever.
