Yeah, but....
Broadband doesn't reach all areas. My brother for one, a few miles down the road is broadband but not in their subdivision and neither is cable. Their phone company says they cannot justify the cost to run DSL, Cable says the same thing.

Yeah, but let the town/city/whatever start discussing running a municipally owned and operated internet conncetion to those areas, and the phone company and cable company would be knocking down the courthouse doors to file lawsuits to stop it. The greedy bastards make me sick.
