Watch a Mass Exodus of AOL Customers
I was an AOL customer fron '93 to '96. After experiencing less than satisfactory service and their "we'll bill you how we please" attitude, I left. It was the best decision I made. I could care less what they charged per month. If they gave their service away, I would NOT return to AOL. As soon as their code enters a PC, that PC is doomed.

Now that another rate increase has been announced, along with the threat of charging for e-mail, I think this has pretty much sealed their fate as an internet provider. I hope so, anyway.
