Broadband doesn't reach all areas. My brother for one, a few
miles down the road is broadband but not in their subdivision
and neither is cable. Their phone company says they cannot
justify the cost to run DSL, Cable says the same thing.
Okay what about satellite, cost way too much and in their area
the satelillite provider doesn't provide Internet connectivity. They
left AOL for NetZero.
Not every place I travel has broadband sometimes I need dialup.
Luckly my DSL provider, Bellsouth, does provide backup dialup
